Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou preeklampsie. Předkládá publikované poznatky o její diagnostice, screeningu a specifikách péče porodní asistentky o ženu s preeklampsií v průběhu prenatálního, perinatálního a postnatálního období. V úvodu práce jsou popsány klasifikační systémy hypertenze. V dalších kapitolách je popsána péče porodní asistentky při měření krevního tlaku, chemické analýze moči a u ženy s edémy. Dále je popsána klasifikace preeklampsie, možnosti jejího screeningu v každém trimestru a specifika péče porodní asistentky v průběhu celého těhotenství, v průběhu porodu a po porodu. Ze získaných informací vyplývá nutnost dodržování předepsaných postupů, možnost využití nových diagnostických, screeningových a preventivních metod. Poznatky jsou dohledány z databází GOOGLE scholer, EBSCO a PubMed.This summarised bachelor work deals with issue of preeclampsia. The aim of this paper was to present published evidences of its diagnostics, screening and specific midwifery treating with women suffering from preeclampsia during their prenatal, perinatal and postnatal period. The opening of this work describes classificatory systems of hypertension. Following chapters are pursuing midwifery care during blood pressure measuring, chemical analysis of urine and care of women with oedemon. Further part outlines classification of preeclampsia, possibility of its screening in each of the trimester and the specificity of midwifery in the course of the whole pregnancy, birth and postnatal period. Earned information affirmed necessity to follow prescribed procedures and possibility to exploit new diagnostic, screening and preventive methods.
