Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice nádorů jícnu. Zaměřuje se zejména na možnosti jejich léčby za pomoci chirurgického zákroku, chemoterapie, zevní radioterapie, chemoradioterapie a také brachyterapie. Při kurativním záměru léčby u pokročilých stádií je nutná kombinace léčebných modalit, proto se nejčastěji využívá konkomitantní chemoradioterapie. Při diagnostikování nádoru v časném stádiu je metodou první volby chirurgická léčba. Chemoterapie, brachyterapie a zevní ozáření se jako samostatné léčebné modality využívají zvláště v paliativní léčbě, ale také v neoadjuvantní a adjuvantní terapii.The bachelor thesis deals with issues of esophagus tumor. It focuses especially on options of treatment with the help of surgery, chemotherapy, outer radiotherapy, chemoradiotherapy, as well as brachytherapy. If the focus of the treatmentis to cure advanced stages of this desease, a combination of treatment modalities is required, that is why concomitant chemotherapy isused in most cases. If said tumor is diagnosed in an early stage, the first option used is surgical treatment. Chemotherapy, brachytherapy and outer (ir)radiationare used as individual modalities especially in palliative treatment, but also in adjuvant and neoadjuvant therapy.
