Práce je zaměřena na léčbu nádorového onemocnění prsu u žen. Při léčbě nádorů prsu je důležitá včasná diagnostika, proto jsou uvedeny nejčastěji používané diagnostické metody. V odhalování nádorů prsu je nápomocem mamografický screening, který je součástí sekundární prevence rakoviny prsu. V práci jsou shrnuty možnosti léčby nádorového onemocnění prsu, kterými jsou chirurgická léčba, radioterapie, chemoterapie, biologická léčba, hormonální léčba. Druhá část práce je věnována radioterapii prsu a úloze radiologického asistenta při radioterapii.This work is focused on the treatment of women´s breast cancer. Breast cancer treatment is important in early diagnosis, so the most commonly used diagnostic metods are listed in this work. Breast cancer is aided by mammographic screening, which is part of the secondary prevention of breast cancer. The thesis summarizes the possibilities of treatment of breast cancer, which are surgical treatment, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, biological treatment and hormonal treatment. Second part of this work is focused on breast radiotherapy and role of radiological assistant in radiotherapy.
