Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou prevence v onkologii. Předkládá publikované poznatky o možnostech primární a sekundární prevence. Tyto možnosti a opatření snižují výskyt onkologických onemocnění. Táto práce obsahuje tři hlavní kapitoly, primární, sekundární a terciární prevenci. V primární prevenci je popisován význam životního stylu, zevních vlivů a rizikových faktorů. Dále účinky životního prostředí. V kapitole o sekundární prevenci je popisován screening v ČR a jednotlivé screeningové programy. V poslední kapitole jsou shrnuty poznatky o terciární prevenci. Práce také uvádí nejnovější dostupné výsledky registru o incidenci a mortalitě jednotlivých vybraných nádorových onemocnění. Poznatky k bakalářské práci byly dohledány z databází (EBSCO, MEDLINE, MEDVIK), z českých periodik a odborných monografií.The bachelor thesis deals with issue of prevention in oncology. It presents published findings on the possibilities of primary and secondary prevention, these options and measures reduce the incidence of oncological diseases. This paper contains three main chapters, primary, secondary and tertiary prevention. The primary prevention describes the importance of lifestyle, external influences and risk factors. Furthermore, the effects of the environment. The chapter on the secondary prevention describes screening in the Czech Republic and individual screening programs. The last chapter summarizes the findings of the tertiary prevention. The work also lists the latest available registry results on the incidence and mortality of selected cancer. The findings of the bachelor's thesis were searched from databases (EBSCO, MEDLINE, MEDVIK) and from Czech periodicals and professional monographs.
