Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice implantace multifokálních intraokulárních čoček u hypermetropických pacientů s kataraktou. V její teoretické části popisuje problematiku hypermetropie, presbyopie a katarakty, dále typy intraokulárních čoček, kde jsou přednostně rozebírány multifokální intraokulární čočky, z důvodu jejich implantace u vybrané skupiny pacientů. Další text práce je věnován aberacím optického systému oka, kde jsou hlavním bodem aberace vyššího řádu, z důvodu jejich hodnocení v praktické části práce. Dalším bodem je popis parametrů zrakové ostrosti, kontrastní citlivosti a defokusační křivky, které byly rovněž v souboru pacientů hodnoceny a porovnávány. Posledním bodem teoretické části je rozbor studií, které na velmi podobné téma již proběhly. Následná praktická část diplomové práce porovnává předoperační a pooperační hodnoty sledovaných parametrů u hypermetropických pacientů s kataraktou, kterým byla implantována nová multifokální intraokulární čočka. Parametry kontrastní citlivosti a aberace vyšších řádů jsou rovněž porovnávány s normou v populaci.The diploma thesis is devoted to the topic of implantation of multifocal intraocular lens in cluster of patients with hyperopia and cataracts. In its theoretical part the case of hyperopia and cataracts is calrified as well as the case of intraocular lenses, where the main point are the multifocal lenses. The further text is dediacted to the optical aberrations, where the high order aberrations are mainy discussed. Additionaly another parameters like visual acuity, contrast sensitivity and defocus curve are introduced because all of these parameters have been measured and compared in the practical part of this thesis. Last part of the theoretical section deals with another researches which have been realised in the past for the very simillar topic. The practical part aims on the comparison of preoperative and postoperative values, which are discussed in the theoretical section, by patients to whom the new intraocualr multifoal lenses have been implanted. In addition the values of contrast sensitivity and high order aberrations have been compared to the norm in population
