Tématem této práce je léčba sítnicových onemocnění. Jedná se konkrétně o léčbu amoce sítnice, sítnicové cévní okluze, retinopatie očního pozadí a terapii nádorů. Zrádnost těchto onemocnění sítnice spočívá ve významném riziku rychlé a nevratné ztráty zraku. V práci se rovněž zabývám problematikou moderních trendů v léčbě sítnicových onemocnění. Mým cílem je také charakterizovat daná onemocnění, klasifikovat je a zjistit možnosti jejich diagnostiky. Práce tak poskytuje shrnutí jednotlivých onemocnění sítnice, možnosti jejich terapie a hodnocení dané léčby.The topic of this thesis is retinal diseases treatment. Specifically it is about treating of retinal detachment, retinal vascular occlusion, ophthalmic retinopathy and tumor therapy. Treachery of these retinal diseases consists in significant risk of fast and irreversible eyesight lost. In the thesis I also deal with problematics of modern trends in treatment of retinal diseases. My aim is also characteristics of such diseases, their classification and determination of their diagnostic possibilities. The thesis provides summary of individual retinal diseases, therapy options and evaluation of given treatment.
