Tato práce se zabývá místními poplatky, jejich obecnou právní úpravou a konkrétními místními poplatky zavedenými ve statutárním městě Olomouci a obci Skotnici. Na začátku práce jsou popsány základní obecné pojmy, jako jsou veřejná správa a místní samospráva, v rámci které jsou obce oprávněny zavádět místní poplatky na jejich územích. Poté je zde popsána zmiňovaná právní úprava místních poplatků a také účel jejich zavedení. Dále práce zahrnuje rozbor jednotlivých poplatků zavedených ve výše zmíněných obcích. Obsahem práce je také zpětná vazba občanů na úpravu místních poplatků v jejich obci, která má za účel zjistit, zda mají občané přehled o místních poplatcích a zda jsou s jejich úpravou spokojeni.This bachelor thesis deals with local fees, their general legislation and individual local fees established in the statutory city of Olomouc and in the village Skotnice. At the beginning of the thesis there are described basic general terms, such as public administration and local government which authorizes municipalities to establish local fees in their territories. The thesis includes the legislation and a general description of local fees as it was mentioned and it also explains the purpose of establishing these fees. Furthermore, the tesis includes an analysis of individual fees introduced in the above-mentioned municipalities. The content of the thesis also contains the feedback of citizens on the adjustment of local fees in their municipality which aims to find out whether citizens have an overwiev of them and whether they are satisfied with their adjustment.
