Bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá stanovami vybraných politických stran v České republice. Cílem práce je srovnání organizační struktury politických subjektů Hnutí ANO 2011, TOP 09 a SPO za pomoci vybraných aspektů jejich stanov. Mezi zvolené oblasti patří členství ve straně, stranické vedení a postavení místní organizace strany. Teoretická část se věnuje konceptu politické strany, který se snaží politickou stranu definovat. Dále jsou zde definovány teoretické základy typologií politických stran, od kterých se odvíjí stanovené hypotézy k organizaci politických stran a zvláštní část je určená zákonu o politických stranách, který se věnuje problematice stanov. Empirická část práce obsahuje komparaci vybraných oblastí stanov. Závěr bakalářské práce zahrnuje zhodnocení zjištěných poznatků během komparace stanov a zodpovězení stanovených hypotéz.Bachelor diploma thesis is about the political statutes of selected political parties in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to compare the organizational structure of the political entities ANO 2011, TOP 09 and SPO and aspects of their statutes. Selected domain include party membership, party leadership, and the status of the party's local organization. The theoretical part is about the concept of a political party that tries to define a political party. Furthermore, there are defined theoretical foundations of typologies of political parties, on which the established hypotheses are based and the special part is determined by the law on political parties, which deals with issues of political statutes. The empirical part of the thesis contains a comparison of selected areas of the political statutes. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis includes the evaluation of the findings during the comparison of the statutes and the answers given to the hypotheses.
