Diplomová práce je zaměřená na vybrané ukazatele přispívající ke zřizování logopedických pracovišť. Hlavním cílem práce je vyhodnotit a porovnat legislativní, institucionální a akademické ukazatele v rámci jednotlivých resortů, konkrétně resortu zdravotnictví, resortu školství a resortu sociálních věcí, které by měly směřovat zájemce ke zřizování logopedických pracovišť. Práce je rozdělena na teoretický základ a výzkumnou část. Teoretický základ je rozdělen do pěti kapitol. V první kapitole je stručná charakteristika historie statistiky. Druhá kapitola popisuje legislativní rámce se zaměřením na resorty zdravotnictví, školství a resort práce a sociálních věcí. Třetí kapitola je zaměřená na organizační strukturu logopedické péče u nás. Ve čtvrté kapitole je vymezeno pregraduální a postgraduální vzdělávání logopedů a klinických logopedů v oblasti zdravotnictví a školství. Pátá kapitola charakterizuje zájmové odborné instituce v České republice a mezinárodní organizace. Výzkumná část je rozdělena dvou částí. V první části jsou v tabulkách uvedeny počty narušených komunikačních schopností v jednotlivých krajích České republiky za určité období, procentuální srovnání obyvatel s vadami řeči s ostatními obyvateli v České republice. Dále jsou zde uvedeny počty klinických logopedů/logopedů ve zdravotnictví, počty klientů speciálněpedagogických center pro žáky s vadami řeči, individuální integrace žáků s vadami řeči do běžných mateřských a základních škol a žáky s vadami řeči ve speciálních mateřských a základních školách. V druhé části je uvedeno celkové vyhodnocení výsledků práce a následná diskuse.The diploma thesis is focused on selected indicators contributing to the establishment of logopedic workplaces. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate and compare the legislative, institutional and academic indicators within the individual ministries, namely the health sector, the educational and social sector, which should be directed applicants for the establishment of logopedic workplaces. The thesis is divided into the theoretical basis and the research part. The theoretical basis is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter there is a brief characteristic of the history of statistics. The second chapter describes legislative frameworks focusing on health, education resorts and employment and social affairs resort. The third chapter focuses on the organizational logopedic care structure in our country. The fourth chapter defines speech therapists and clinical speech therapists undergraduate and postgraduate education in the field of health and education. The fifth chapter characterized international organizations and interest specialist institutions in the Czech Republic. The research section is divided into two parts. In the first part, the tables show the number of disturbed communication abilities in individual regions of the Czech Republic over a certain period, the population percentage comparison with speech defects with other inhabitants in the Czech Republic. There is also stated the number of clinical speech therapists / speech therapists in the health service, the number of clients of special pedagogical centers for pupils with speech defects, the individual integration of pupils with speech defects into normal nursery and primary schools, and pupils with speech defects in special nursery schools and primary schools. In the second part there is an overall evaluation of the work results and the subsequent discussion.
