Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dvanáctidílnou sérií knih Zakázaná zóna. Nejprve je čtenář seznámen s popisem metody této práce a s doporučenými způsoby, jak vhodně s knihami Zakázané zóny dále pracovat. Následně jsou uvedeny informace o knihách pro děti a mládež a o problematice čtenářství u zmíněné věkové skupiny. Dále jsou předloženy informace o sérii knih Zakázaná zóna, o jejich autorovi, cílové skupině a hlavních postavách, jež v příběhu vystupují. V hlavní části práce jsou představeny jednotlivé knihy Zakázané zóny, přičemž je ke každé z nich uveden obecný popis, popis děje, pozitivní prvky příběhu, námitky a informace o ústředním či jinak dominantním tématu. V závěru jsou uvedeny hlavní pozitiva a negativa zmíněných knih.This thesis deals with the twelve-part series The Forbidden Doors. First, a reader gets to know a description of a method of this thesis and recommended ways how to work further with the books The Forbidden Doors. Subsequently, there is information about books for children and youth and about reading issues of this age group. Additionally, information about series The Forbidden Doors, their author, target audience and main characters in the story are mentioned as well. Individual books of The Forbidden Doors are presented in the main part of the thesis. There is mentioned a general description, description of the book story, positive elements of the story, objections and information about the central or dominant theme. Main positives and negatives of these books are given in the conclusion.
