Diplomová práce pojednává o hlasu a možnostech hlasové terapie u transsexuálních, popřípadě transgender osob, jakož i o odbornících zainteresovaných do práce s hlasem u těchto osob. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Část teoretická se zaměřuje na popis hlasu jako takového, jeho charakteristiky a mezipohlavní rozdíly, možnosti diagnostiky a zejména pak možnosti konzervativní hlasové terapie u trans osob. V poslední kapitole je nastíněna mezioborová spolupráce hlasových profesionálů, kteří se zabývají nebo mohou zabývat hlasovou terapií u trans osob. Empirickou část tvoří kvantitativní výzkum o dvou hypotézách, realizovaný formou dvou dotazníků vlastní konstrukce, jenž se zaměřuje na povědomí klinických logopedů a otorinolaryngologů o problematice transsexuality a konzervativní hlasové terapie u trans osob. Sběr dat byl proveden ve třech vlnách, dotazník vyplnilo 95 logopedů a 13 ORL lékařů. Zpracování dat proběhlo deskriptivní cestou a statisticky pomocí Chí-kvadrátu.The thesis is concerned with voice and voice therapy in transgender people as well as voice professionals' approaches to the management of conservative voice and communication therapy. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first, theoretical part looks into the voice itself, its characteristics such as pitch and resonance, gender-related voice differences, voice evaluation and voice therapy in trans people. After the first part, the empirical studies follows. This part includes two anonymous surveys which were sent to Czech practicing speech-language pathologists and ENT clinicians. These surveys investigated their experience with transgender people, competence and if they are interested in participating in working with transgender people in practice. 95 speech-and-language pathologists and 13 otorhinolaryngologists filled in the survey. The data were analysed through the Chi-Quadrat-Test.
