Diplomová práce je zaměřena na specifika čtení žáků se sluchovým postižením. Cílem práce je ověřit porozumění čtenému textu u vybrané skupiny žáků se sluchovým postižením a na základě zjištění upravit dětskou literaturu. Pro úpravu byla vybrána kniha Mikulášovy patálie autora R. Goscinnyho. Výstupem práce je soubor textů vhodných pro čtenáře se sluchovým postižením staršího školního věku. Součástí souboru upravených textů jsou úkoly k ověření porozumění upravenému textu.The thesis focuses on reading specifics in children with hearing impairment. The aim of the thesis is to verify the understanding of a text by a selected group of students with hearing impairment and then to adapt the text on the base of the findings. Mikulášovy patálie by R. Goscinny was chosen for the adaptation. The output of the thesis is a set of texts suitable for readers between 11 and 15 years of age with hearing impairment. Various tasks designed to verify the understanding of the adapted text are a part of the set of texts.
