Diplomová práce je zaměřena na změnu financování sociálních služeb formou vyrovnávací platby při zavedení veřejné podpory do oblasti financování sociálních služeb. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny neziskové organizace, jejich právní formy a financování nestátních neziskových organizací. Dále jsou zde definovány sociální služby a vybraná nestátní nezisková organizace Psychocentrum Domeček Hodonín, o.p.s. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická. Hlavním cílem výzkumného šetření je rozbor financování této organizace metodou analýzy sekundárních účetních dat z výkazu zisku a ztrát dle jednotlivých druhů sociálních služeb v posledních pěti letech. A zjištění vlivu změny financování v sociálních službách nastavenou metodikou Jihomoravského kraje od roku 2016 na fungování a existenci této společnosti.The thesis is focused on changing of funding of social services in the form of compensatory payment compensation by implementation of public support in the area of funding for social services. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part are defined non-profit organizations, their legal forms and the funding of non-governmental non-profit organizations. There are also defined social services and the selected non-governmental non-profit organization Psychocentrum Domeček Hodonín, o.p.s. After the theoretical part follows the practical part. The main objective of the research is to analyze the financing of this organization by the method of analyzing secondary accounting data from the profit and loss statement according to the different types of social services in the last five years. And also the finding out of the influence of the change of funding for social services set by the methodology of the South Moravian Region from 2016 on the functioning and existence of this society.
