Bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá tématem předsoutěžní úzkosti u hráček házené nejvyšší národní soutěže v házené žen. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány poznatky z psychologie sportu týkající se role aktivace a emocí ve sportu. Výzkumná část vychází z designu diferenciační studie a popisuje a srovnává složky předsoutěžní úzkosti hráček házené před třemi utkáními se soupeři různé herní úrovně. Výzkumný soubor - družstvo nejvyšší národní soutěže v házené žen DHK Zora Olomouc byl zvolen na základě záměrného výběru. Ke sběru dat byl použit Dotazník stavu soutěžní úzkosti (CSAI-2), jehož autory jsou Rainer Martens, Robin S. Vealey a Damon Burton (1990). Analýza dat neposkytla dostatek důkazů, abychom mohli rozhodnout o tom, zda se prožívání předsoutěžní úzkosti liší v utkáních se soupeři různé herní úrovně. Data přinesla zjištění, že hráčky ve všech třech utkáních nejméně prožívaly somatickou složku úzkosti a nejvíce skórovaly v dimenzi sebedůvěry. Poznatky získané ve výzkumné části práce mohou přispět hráčkám k lepší orientaci ve vlastních emocích a také trenérům ke zmapování pocitů hráček před utkáními, dle čehož mohou přizpůsobovat přípravu na konkrétní soupeře.This bachelor thesis deals with the theme of pre-competitive anxiety of the handball players engaged in the highest national women's handball league. The theoretical part analyses knowledge from the psychology of sports relating to the role of activation and emotions in sports. The research part bases on the differential study design and describes and compares components of pre-competitive anxiety of handball players before three plays with opponents playing at various levels. The research group - team engaged in the highest national women's handball league, DHK Zora Olomouc, was selected on the basis of intentional selection. The Competitive State Anxiety Inventory (CSAI-2) was used for collecting data. The authors of this questionnaire are Rainer Martens, Robin S. Vealey and Damon Burton (1990). The data analysis did not give proof enough to be able to decide whether experience of pre-competitive anxiety differs between plays with opponents playing at a different level. The data resulted in the finding that the players had experienced the least the somatic anxiety component and had the highest score in the self-confidence dimension at all three plays. The knowledge acquired in the research part of the thesis may help the players orientate better in their own emotions and also the trainers to map the players' feelings before plays, which can help them adjust preparation for specific opponents.
