Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá územním systémem ekologické stability a zkoumá, zda při jeho vymezování jsou dostatečně chráněna vlastnická práva. Je rozdělena celkem do 3 kapitol. V první kapitole jsou vymezeny pojmy zelená infrastruktura, ekologická síť, územní systém ekologické stability a vysvětleny rozdíly mezi nimi. Druhá kapitola se věnuje vztahu vlastnického práva a ochrany životního prostředí, ochraně vlastnického práva a jeho možnému omezení či vyvlastnění. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena prakticky. Na reálném příkladu ukazuji postup orgánů ochrany přírody a krajiny a dalších orgánů podílejících se na územním plánování. Vše porovnávám s reálnou zkušeností vlastníka a účinnými zákony a podzákonnými akty. Poukazuji na shledané nedostatky, možnost obrany vlastníka a navrhuji úpravu de lege ferenda.This bachelor thesis deals with the territorial system of ecological stability and examines whether the property rights are adequately protected when defining it. Thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter defines the concepts of green infrastructure, the ecological network, the territorial system of ecological stability and explains the differences between them. The second chapter deals with the relationship between property law and environmental protection, the protection of property rights and the possible restriction or expropriation. The third chapter is oriented on practice. It shows the progress of Nature and Landscape Protection Authorities and other authorities involved in spatial planning on a realistic example. Comparison of everything with real owner experience and effective laws and sub-legal acts is also present. I point to the found shortcomings, the possibility of defending the owner and suggests alternation de lege ferenda.
