Táto práca sa zaoberá problematikou matiek opustených počas tehotenstva, ktorá bola doposiaľ málo preskúmaná. Hlavným cieľom tejto práce bolo zmapovať prežívanie a situáciu týchto matiek. V teoretickej časti sa zaoberáme vývojom postojov voči slobodným matkám v minulosti, ďalej sa venujeme témam ako prežívanie tehotenstva alebo nechcené tehotenstvo a na záver sa venujeme problematike rozchodu, odpustenia a neodpustenia. Vo výskumnej časti bol použitý kvalitatívny prístup, konkrétne interpretatívna obsahová analýza textu. Výskumný súbor tvorilo 6 respondentiek, ktoré boli získané metódou zámerného výberu a samovýberu. Z výsledkov vyplynulo, že respondentky prežívali opustenie partnerom veľmi negatívne a tieto emócie u mnohých pretrvávali dlhšiu dobu. U väčšiny respondentiek sa ich vzťah k dieťaťu nezmenil, milovali ho rovnako ako počas tehotenstva tak aj po pôrode. V prípade dôležitosti partnera v tehotenstve, respondentky na prvom mieste uvádzali, že najviac ich chýbali formy psychickej podpory, ale tiež materiálna podpora a finančné zabezpečenie.This thesis addresses the problems of mothers abandoned during pregnancy, which has been scarcely scrutinized. The main aim of this work was to map the survival and the situation of these mothers. In the theoretical part, we describe the development of attitudes toward single mothers in the past, we are dealing with issues such as pregnancy survival or unwanted pregnancies and, finally, we are dealing with the issue of the break up, forgiveness and forgiveness. The qualitative approach was used in the research part, namely the interpretative content analysis of the text. The research group was made up of 6 respondents who were obtained by a method of deliberate selection and sampling. The results showed that the respondents were experiencing an abandonment from their partners as very negative, and these emotions in many of them persisted for a long time. In most respondents, their relationship to the child did not change, they loved him as well as during pregnancy and after childbirth. In the case of a pregnant partner's importance, the respondents stated that they lacked the most psychological support, but also material support and financial security.
