Cílem práce je vybrat a analyzovat myšlenky z konferencí TED, které se týkají motivace žáků v hodinách matematiky a představit je tak, aby se staly pro učitele matematiky přínosem pro práci s motivací jejich žáků. Další část práce je věnována kvalitativnímu výzkumu, kde jsou zkoumány reakce učitelů matematiky a studentů učitelství matematiky na rozebrané myšlenky. Vše je navrženo tak, aby na základě výsledků výzkumu bylo možno odhadnout přínos nových podnětů z konferencí TED. Výsledky ukazují, že tato práce má pro učitele matematiky inspirující charakter a může být tímto pro obor didaktiky matematiky přínosná.The goal of the thesis is to choose and analyze ideas from the TED Conferences that are related to motivating students in Mathematics lessons and introduce in a way that they would become a contribution to Mathematics teachers in motivating their students. The next part of the thesis is dedicated to a qualitative research, which analyzes reactions of Mathematics teachers and students of teaching Mathematics to these ideas. Everything is designed to estimate based on the thesis results the contribution of new impulses from the TED Conferences. The results show that this thesis has an inspiring character for Mathematics teachers, which can be contributive for the discipline of didactics of Mathematics.
