Tato diplomová práce se zabývá neustále velmi diskutovaným a aktuálním tématem finanční gramotnosti u dospělé populace. Cílem teoretické části je nejdříve shrnout finanční trh a s ním související oblasti Standardu finanční gramotnosti 2007. Dále pak vymezit finanční vzdělávání jako proces a finanční gramotnost jako výsledek tohoto vzdělávání. Zaměřit se zejména na finanční poradce, kteří pracují se svými klienty v oblasti peněz a dokážou posoudit, zda se jejich klienti teoreticky i prakticky orientují ve světě financí. Cílem praktické části této práce je zjistit a posoudit zkušenosti vybraných finančních poradců působících v Jihomoravském kraji při práci s klienty v oblasti finanční gramotnosti. Tato práce poskytne nový pohled na úroveň finanční gramotnosti dospělé populace z hlediska finančních poradců. Může být také nápomocna pro zvýšení úrovně finanční gramotnosti, zefektivnění Standardu a také pro zvolení si pro sebe toho nejvhodnějšího finančního poradce.This diploma thesis deals with the constantly very hot and current topic of financial literacy in the adult population. The aim of the theoretical part is the first to summarize the financial market and related areas the Standard of financial literacy 2007. Further define financial education as the process and financial literacy as a result of this training. Focus especially also on financial advisors, who work with their clients in the area of money and are able to assess whether their clients, both practically and theoretically oriented in the world of finance. The aim of the practical part of this work is to find out the experiences of selected financial advisers, operating in the south moravian region in working with clients in the area of financial literacy. This work will provide a new perspective on the level of financial literacy of the adult population. The quality of financial advisors can also be instrumental for increasing the level of financial literacy, improving the Standard and also choice of the most suitable financial advisor.
