Bakalářská práce se zabývá povědomím rodičů dětí se sluchovým postižením o kultuře neslyšících s velkým "N". V teoretické části je popsána problematika sluchového postižení, rodina s postiženým dítětem a v neposlední řadě kultura Neslyšících. V praktické části, jsou stanoveny cíle, popsána je také metodika výzkumu a detailní popis dotazníku. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou zobrazeny v grafech. V příloze je vložen dotazník, který byl rodičům předkládánThe bachelor thesis deals with the parents' awarness of their child hearing impairment and culture of the group of deaf people who are called Deaf with capital "D". The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the hearing impairment issue, the family in general but also the family with a child with hearing impairment and last but not least with the culture of Deaf people. The practical part deals with the set targets, the research methodology and a detailed description of the questionnaire are also described there. The results of the questionnaire survey are displayed in charts. A questionnaire, which was submitted to parents, is the part of the appendix.
