Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou edukace starších účastníků vzdělávacího procesu a jejími specifiky. Cílem práce je vytvoření kompetenčního modelu lektora ve vzdělávání seniorů v organizaci XYZ. Tohoto cíle je dosaženo na základě studia rozsáhlého množství odborné literatury, studiem kompetencí lektora dalšího vzdělávání v Národní soustavě povolání a analýzou pracovních úkolů lektora ve vzdělávání seniorů v organizaci XYZ. Základem, na kterém je výsledný kompetenční model postaven, jsou poznatky z jednotlivých kapitol, které v logické návaznosti zahrnují problematiku stárnutí populace, geragogiky, specifik účastníků vzdělávání v geragogice, geragoga a jeho kompetencí, kompetenčních modelů a samotné organizace XYZ. Výsledný kompetenční model bude mít významný přesah do praxe, pokud bude danou organizací řádně implementován a může být opěrným bodem při výběru nových lektorů, stejně jako při rozvíjení kompetencí lektorů stávajících.This diploma thesis deals with the issue of education of elderly participants in the educational process and its specifics. The aim of the thesis is to create a competency model for the seniors' education in XYZ organization. This objective is achieved by studying a large amount of professional literature, studying the competence of the lecturer of further education in the National System of professions, and analyzing the work tasks of the senior education lecturer in XYZ organization. The basis on which the resulting competency model is built is the knowledge of individual chapters, which in logical connection include issues of population aging, geragogy, the specifics of the participants of the education in geragogy, the geragogue and its competencies, competency models and the XYZ organization itself. The resulting competency model will have a significant overlap in practice if properly implemented by the organization and can be a pivotal point in the selection of new lecturers as well as developing the competencies of existing lecturers.
