Diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými sociálními determinanty a jejich vlivem na výběr volnočasových aktivit. Strukturu práce tvoří část teoretická a empirická. Teoretická část práce je zaměřená na vymezení pojmu volný čas. Charakterizovány jsou rovněž vybrané sociální determinanty (pohlaví, věk, vzdělání, pracovní status, ekonomická situace rodiny) a možnosti výzkumu v oblasti volného času. Empirická část práce prezentuje průběh a výsledky dotazníkového šetření z roku 2016. Hlavním cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, zda vybrané sociální determinanty ovlivňují výběr volnočasových aktivit napříč různými sociálními skupinami. Ověřování hypotéz proběhlo na základě statistického testu významnosti chí-kvadrát pro kontingenční tabulku.The diploma thesis deals with the topic of selected social determinants and their influence on the choice of leisure-time activities. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on defining the concept of leisure time. It also describes the selected social determinants (gender, age, education, employment status, the economic status of a family) and the possibilities of leisure-time research. The empirical part of the thesis presents the course and results of the questionnaire survey carried out in 2016. The main objective of the research was to find out whether the selected social determinants have influence on the choice of leisure-time activities within different types of social groups. Hypothesis testing for validation was performed on the basis of Chi-Square Test to check the statistical significance for the pivot table.
