Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice syndromu vyhoření v souvislosti se sociálně pedagogickou praxí. Cílem práce je zpracovat jednotlivé případy syndromu vyhoření u sociálních pedagogů, aby mohly být prakticky využity jako forma prevence u studentů sociální pedagogiky. V první kapitole je obecně popisován fenomén syndrom vyhoření. Jsou zde postupně rozebrány příčiny, příznaky, průběh i důsledky tohoto jevu. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na sociální pedagogiku jako obor a na osobnost sociálního pedagoga. Třetí kapitola rozebírá prevenci a intervenci, čtvrtá se věnuje praktické části, tedy výzkumu. Poslední malou kapitolkou je vhled do jevu zvaného "flow", který by mohl na závěr podpořit čtenáře v dalším zájmu o tuto problematiku, která s "flow" úzce souvisí.This diploma thesis deals with the problematic of a burnout syndrom in connection with a Social pedagogy in practice. The principal aim of the thesis is to work on the cases of the social pedagogues who have certain experience and to use them as a tool for a prevention of a burnout syndrome. The first part of the thesis deals with the burnout syndrome from a theoretical point of view which includes the matters of symptoms, continuance and consequences of the syndrome. The fields of the Social pedagogy, prevention and intervention of the burnout as well as the research are elaborated in the chapters two to four. Finally, the last part concerns a sort of the opposite of the burnout syndrome which is called "flow". This term follows up with the different approaches of the problematic of the Social pedagogy.
