Diplomová práce popisuje problematiku vztahů mezi manželi v rámci MPS. První kapitola se věnuje manželství a vztahům mezi manželi podle platné české legislativy se srovnáním s předchozí právní úpravou. V dalších kapitolách se pozornost věnuje kolizní úpravě vztahů mezi manželi v rámci MPS se zaměřením na změny, ke kterým došlo vzhledem k úpravě platné a účinné do 31. 12. 2013 a s přihlédnutím k úpravě, která má ve vztahu k vnitrostátnímu právu přednost.The topic of this diploma thesis is the relationship between spouses from the point of view of the international civil law. The first chapter of the diploma thesis describes the matrimony and relationships between spouses according to the Czech law in comparation with the previous legislation. The following parts of the diploma thesis focuses on relationship between spouses from the point of view of the conflict-of- law within the international civil law with respect to the changes that have occurred due to the regulation forced and effective until 31.12.2013 and relating to the legislation which prevails over the national law.
