Tématem diplomové práce je role koordinátora dobrovolníků v Maltézské pomoci, o.p.s. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jak vnímají roli koordinátora dobrovolníků pracovníci Maltézské pomoci, o.p.s. v centru Olomouc. Teoretická část je věnována popisu dobrovolnictví, definuje, kdo je dobrovolník, zejména pak specifikuje dobrovolnictví v sociálních službách. Hlavní část teoretické části tvoří řízení dobrovolníků a specifika řízení v sociálních službách, popis osoby koordinátora dobrovolníků, jeho rolí a osobnosti a také proč je existence koordinátora důležitá. Závěr teoretické části se zabývá popisem organizace Maltézská pomoc, o.p.s., na kterou se práce specifikuje. V empirické části popisuji realizaci výzkumného šetření, definuji případovou studii, kterou jsem si vybrala jako techniku kvalitativního výzkumu. V závěru práce jsou interpretovány výsledky případové studie, ve které byla použita metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s koordinátory dobrovolníků, pracujících v olomouckém centru Maltézské pomoci, o.p.s. a analýza dokumentů. V úplném závěru navrhuji podněty pro přehodnocení způsobu práce koordinátorů, což může vést k efektivnějšímu řízení dobrovolníků.The present thesis deals with the role of coordinator of volunteers in the charitable trust Maltézská pomoc, o.p.s. (Maltese Help). The aim of the thesis is to find out the way of perceiving the role of coordinator of volunteers by employees of the charitable trust Maltese Help in its centre in Olomouc. The theoretical part deals with the description of volunteering, it defines who is a volunteer and mainly, it specifies volunteering in social services. The principal part of the theoretical part focuses on the direction of volunteers and some specifics of management in social services, furthermore it focuses on the description of volunteer coordinator's personality, his work and finally the reason why the presence of coordinator is important in social services. In conclusion, the theoretical part deals with the description of organization of the charitable trust Maltézská pomoc, o.p.s. In the practical part, I describe the implementation of the research, I define the case study which I chose as a method of the qualitative research. In the case study, I used the method of semi-structured interview with the coordinators of volunteers working in the Olomouc centre of the charitable trust Maltézská pomoc, o.p.s. The results of the case study as well as the analysis of documents are stated and interpreted in the end of the thesis. In the very conclusion of the thesis I propose several suggestions to reappraise the method of working of coordinators. These suggestions should lead to more effective direction of volunteers.
