Tato práce se zabývá organizací lezecké sportovní akce Banane Boulder King 2016. Boulderový závod se odehrává na nádvoří Kežmarského hradu. Cílem této sportovní akce je vytvořit kulturu sportovního lezení pod Vysokými Tatry. V obsahu práce najedeme vymezení základních pojmů a poznatků, které se vztahují k problematice horolezectví, boulderingu a managementu. Druhá část je věnována vlastní organizaci samotné akce. V příloze je přidána administrativa, dohoda o pronájmu hradu, dohoda o provedení práce, smlouva o poskytnutí darů.The bachelor thesis is aimed at the organization of boulder competition called Banane Boulder King 2016. The competition took place in the quadrangle if Kežmarok's castle. The main aim of this sport's event is to creat and support a culture of climbing in High Tatra's region. In the first part of the thesis are defined the basic terms and knowledge which are related to the topics of climbing, bouldering and management. The second part is dedicated to the description of organization of this boulder event. The annexe includes papers of administration, the contracts of renting of castle's quadrangle, the contracts of temporary / event's workers.
