Tato práce se zabývá rehabilitací nitrokloubních zlomenin distálního humeru. V úvodní části práce se věnuji anatomii loketního kloubu, následně jeho kineziologii a biomechanice. Dále zmiňuji charakteristiku a diagnostiku zlomenin v oblasti distálního humeru, jejich chirurgické řešení, následné komplikace léčby a jejich možné terapeutické ovlivnění. V další části práce navrhuji rehabilitační péči pacientům po nitrokloubní zlomenině distálního humeru. Pro doplnění práce přikládám kazuistiku pacientky s frakturou laterálního kondylu humeru na pravé horní končetině.The thesis deals with the rehabilitation of intra-articular fractures of the distal humerus. The introduction part of the thesis focuses on the elbow joint anatomy. Subsequently, the focus is aimed at the joint's kinesiology and biomechanics. Further, the introduction also mentions the characteristics and diagnostics of fractures at the distal humerus area, their surgical solutions with subsequent treatment complications that may appear, pointing out at possible therapeutical influence of these complications. In the next part of the thesis, the author designs her way of rehabilitation care for patients who have suffered an intra-articular fracture of the distal humerus. In addition, in order to make the factual content of the thesis more illustrative, the author attaches the casuistry of a female patient who has suffered a fracture of the lateral condyle of the right upper extremity humerus.
