Bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými benefity, jako součástí podpory zdravého životního stylu, konkrétně u zaměstnanců firmy Stora Enso Wood Products Ždírec s. r. o. Výsledky práce budou sloužit pro potřeby této firmy. V první části práce jsou uvedeny teoretické poznatky z oblasti benefitů a zdravého životního stylu, stručná charakteristika firmy včetně benefitů, které firma poskytuje. Druhá část je zaměřena na samotné výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Cílem práce je analyzovat využívání služby Cafetria mojeBenefity zaměstnanci firmy Stora Enso Wood Products Ždírec s. r. o. Dílčími cíli je zjistit, zda zaměstnanci dbají na své zdraví a na zdravý životní styl, zda k tomu využívají služby Cafeteria mojeBenefity a zda jsou o benefitech dostatečně informováni a jsou s nimi spokojeni. Výsledky práce ukazují, že většina respondentů služby Cafeteria mojeBenefity využívá a je s nimi spokojena. Nejčastěji jsou benefity využívány v oblasti zdraví, sportu a kultury.Bachelor's thesis is dealing with employees' benefits as a part of support of a healthy lifestyle, in particular at employees of the company Stora Enso Wood Products Ždírec s. r. o. Results of the thesis will serve for the needs of this company. In the first part of the thesis, there are described theoretical findings from the field of benefits and healthy lifestyle and a short characteristic of the company, including the benefits offered by the company. The second part is concentrated on the results of the questionnaire research. The main target of the thesis is to analyze utilization of Cafeteria mojeBenefity service by the employees of the company Stora Enso Wood Products Ždírec s. r. o. Additional targets are to find out whether the employees take care of their health and healthy lifestyle, whether they are using the service of Cafeteria mojeBenefity for this, whether they are sufficiently informed about them and if they are satisfied with them. The results of the thesis are showing that the majority of respondents are using the services of Cafeteria mojeBenefity and that they are satisfied with them. The benefits are most frequently used in the field of health, sport and culture.
