Tato práce zpracovává ve své teoretické části působení cytokininů na změny v průběhu indukované senescence se zaměřením na funkci a strukturu fotosyntetického aparátu. V praktické části bylo zkoumáno působení tří vybraných cytokininů (iP, BAP a TDZ) na změny odehrávající se během indukované senescence v oddělených listech ječmene setého (Hordeum vulgare L.) a od něj odvozeného mutanta chloriny f2. Průběh senescence je v práci charakterizován mírou poklesu obsahu chlorofylu v oddělených listech. Působení senescence na změny ve funkci fotosyntetického aparátu je v práci vyjadřováno pomocí parametru chlorofylové fluorescence FV/FM.The theoretical part of bachelor thesis inquires into the knowledge of influence of cytokinins during induced senescence focused on changes in the photosynthetic apparatus, its structure and function. The experimental part is focused on exogenous application of cytokinins (iP, BAP and TDZ) and the effects and changes during induced senescence in detached leaf of barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) and its mutant chlorina f2. The course of senescence is described by a decrease in chlorophyll content in detached leaves. The effect of senescence on the changes in the function of the photosynthetic apparatus is expressed in terms of the chlorophyll fluorescence parameter FV/FM.
