Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou firemních benefitů. Cílem práce byla realizace výzkumu zaměřeného na zjištění zájmu o masérské služby jako firemního benefitu u firmy Uchytil a monitoring prospěšnosti již poskytovaných masérských služeb jakožto zaměstnaneckého benefitu, a to u firmy Enkom, a. s. Z výsledků byl zjištěn velký zájem o masérské služby jako benefitu u firmy UCHYTIL s. r. o. U firmy Enkom a.s. byl potvrzen pozitivní vliv masáží na tělo a stávající zájem o poskytování těchto služeb.This bachelor thesis is pursued the manners of the companies benefit. The goal of this thesis was a research, which was aimed at the ascertaining of the interest in the massages as a company benefit at the company UCHYTIL s.r.o and monitoring of the expedience of the massages as a company benefit at the company Enkom a.s. The results have shown that there is high interest of the massages as a benefit in the company UCHYTIL s.r.o. In the company Enkom a.s. it was confirmed that there is a positive effect of the massages on the body and the continuing interest of the massages as a benefit.
