Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Daltonismus a jeho vyšetření pomocí testů od firmy Colorlite. Tohle je také těžištěm práce. V úvodu práce se zabývám sítnici a fotoreceptory. Práce dále obsahuje vysvětlení a rozdělení poruch barvocitů a možnosti vyšetření. V práci taky nalezneme dvě kazuistiky. Práce je rešeršního typu.The bachelor thesis focuses on Daltonism and physical examination using tests from Colorlite. This is also the focus of the thesis. At the beginning the thesis deals with retina and photoreceptors. The thesis also includes the explanation of color defects and the possibility of examination. There are also two case studies to be found in the thesis. The scientific method of the thesis is research.
