Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o organizaci české veřejné správy z pohledu jejího adresáta. V první kapitole této práce se věnuji vysvětlení základních pojmů jako je veřejná správa, nebo její adresát. Vysvětleny jsou tam také základní principy veřejné správy. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na právní podklady relevantní pro tuto bakalářskou práci. Třetí kapitola této práce vysvětluje hlavní rozdíly mezi státní správou a samosprávou. Ve čtvrté kapitole demonstruji danou problematiku na situaci obce Drahanovice. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit organizaci české veřejné správy z pohledu jejího adresáta.This bachelor theses deals with organisation of public administration in Czech Republic from the perspective of the addressee. In the first part of this theses I explain basic therms such as public administration or its adressee. Main principles of the organisation of public administration are also explained there. Second chapter of this bachelor theses deals with legal basis which are relevant for this theses. Third part of this theses explains main differences between state administration and self- government. In the fourth chapter I demonstrate this issues on the situation of city called Drahanovice. The main aim of this bachelor thesesis to evaluate the organization of public administration in Czech Republic in the perspective of its adressee.
