Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá specializovanými orgány Evropské unie-Evropskými agenturami. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře se samotným pojmem Evropská agentura, jelikož povědomí o těchto orgánech je poměrně slabé. Dále jsem se zaměřila na vznik Agentur, včetně jeho právního rámce a také důvody jejich vzniku. Další kapitola se věnuje členění Evropských agentur, a to dle různých kritérií. V této kapitole je tedy nastíněno několik variant členění. V kapitole třetí jsou podrobněji analyzovány vybrané Agentury, a to konkrétně z hlediska organizační struktury, jejich fungování a v neposlední řadě také jejich dopadu na Českou republiku. V závěru práce jsem se zaměřila na budoucnost těchto institucí a jejich význam jak pro Evropskou unii, tak pro členské státy EU.This Bachelor´s thesis deals with specialised institutions of European Union-European agencies. The aim of this work is to familiarize the reader with European agencies itselves, because awareness of these institutions is relatively weak. Furthermore, I focused on creation of Agencies, their legal framework and also reasons and causes of their formation. Next chapter is dedicated to the division of European agencies according to various criteria. In this chapter I tried to outline several options of their division. In the third chapter, there are chosen Agencies, which are analyzed in detail. Specifically from the point of the view of the organizational structure, their activities and last but not lest from the point of the view of their influence and impact on Czech republic. At the conclusion of this work, I focused on the future of these institutions and their importance (or the opposite) fot the European union and member states of EU.
