Práce se zabývá pravomocemi orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v situacích, kdy rodič pečující brání nepečujícímu rodiči v jeho styku s dítětem. Za daným účelem na prvním místě objasňuje některé pojmy, jež jsou pro danou práci stěžejní. Jedná se především o samotný pojem styk a dále o pojem syndrom zavrženého rodiče či jednu ze stěžejních zásad v oblasti sociálně-právní ochrany dětí - nejlepší zájem dítěte. V rámci práce je dále rovněž alespoň stručně vymezen pojem orgán sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Stěžejní část bakalářské práce se věnuje přiblížení jednotlivých pravomocí orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v oblasti bránění ve styku s dítětem. Zvýšená pozornost je pak věnována těm pravomocem orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, které jsou vykonávány mimo soudní řízení. Pozornosti však neujdou rovněž pravomoci tohoto správního orgánu vykonávané v rámci řízení před soudem.The thesis deals with the competences of the children's social and legal protection authorities in cases of denied contact with children. For that purpose it explains some of the terms that are crucial for this thesis. These include terms like contact, Parental Aliation Syndrome or the fundamental principle of children's social and legal protection the best interest of the child. As part of the thesis there is also at least briefly defined the Autority for Social and Legal Protection of Children. The main part of thesis is devoted to the approximation of the individual competences of Authority for Social and Legal Protection of Children in cases of denied contact with children. Increased attention is paid to those competencies of the children´s social and legal protecion authorities which are performed outside the court proceedings. However, competencies of this administrative authority in the course of proceedings before the courts are also included.
