Cílem diplomové práce je shrnout transformaci a vývoj druhého bydlení v posledních 15 letech v zázemí velkých měst Olomouckého kraje (Olomouc, Prostějov, Přerov) a pokusit se navrhnout řešení pro konfliktní situace. V práci najdeme mezinárodní srovnání druhého bydlení a vývoj druhého bydlení v Česku, jeho pozici v rámci cestovního ruchu. Dále ukazuje oblasti největšího výskytu u nás. V poslední části najdeme výsledky dotazníkového šetření v 6 zkoumaných oblastech, po dvou v zázemí každého města, a následné porovnání oblastí mezi sebou i s vývojem druhého bydlení v zázemí Prahy.The goal of this dissertation is to summarize the transformation and development of the second housing in the last 15 years in the surroundings of the big cities in the county of Olomouc (Olomouc, Prostějov, Přerov) and to attempt to propose the solution for conflict situations. What you find in the dissertation is the international comparison of the second housing and the development of second housing in the Czech Republic and its position in the context of tourism. Furthermore, it shows the areas of the highest occurrence in our lands. In the last part we find the results of the questionnaires in the 6 examined areas (two in surroundings of each city) and the following comparison between each other and with the development of second housing in the surroundings of Prague.
