    Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkami alexithymie, stresu a copingových strategií v souvislosti s problematikou úzkostných poruch. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit rozdíly v míře alexithymie, v míře prožívaného stresu a rozdíly v pozitivních / negativních strategiích zvládání stresu u klinické skupiny úzkostných poruch v porovnání s kontrolní skupinou. Na základě cílů byl proveden kvantitativní výzkum formou diferenciační metody. Výzkumný vzorek byl vybrán na základě příležitostného, účelového a lavinového výběru. Celkem se výzkumu zúčastnilo 90 osob nad 18 let, z toho 45 osob tvořil klinický vzorek s dg. úzkostných poruch a 45 lidí tvořil kontrolní soubor. Data byla získána z dotazníku TAS-20, SVF-78 a Stress profile. Analýza dat byla provedena pomocí statistické metody pro 2 nezávislé výběry T-test a Mann-Whitney U test. Výsledky statistické analýzy potvrdily významný rozdíly v míře alexithymie, míře stresu a v pozitivních a negativních strategiích zvládání stresu mezi klinickým a kontrolním souborem. Významný statisticky rozdíl nebyl prokázán v pozitivních a negativních zvládacích strategiích u mužů a žen v klinickém souboruThe master thesis deals with issues of alexithymia, stress and coping strategies in connection with problems of anxiety disorders. The aim of this work was find out differences in the degree of alexithymia and stress and differences in positive / negative coping strategies in clinical group of anxiety disorders compared to the control group. On the basis the aim of this work was conducted the quantitative research in the form of differentiation method. The research sample was selected occasional, purposeful and snowball method. In total, 90 participants over 18 years took part in the research, of which 45 people were a clinical sample with anxiety disorders and 45 people were a control sample. The data was obtained from the TAS-20, SVF-78, Stress profile. Data analysis was performed using the statistical method for 2 independent T-test and Mann-Whitney U test. The results of statistical analysis confirmed significant differences in the degree of alexithymia and stress and differencies in positive and negative coping strategies between the clinical and the control group. Significant statistical difference was not demonstrated in positive and negative coping strategies in men and women in the clinical sample.
