Tato diplomová práce se zabývá členstvím ve studentských spolcích. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jaký význam má členství ve spolku pro dotazované členy. Dalším cílem je prozkoumat, jak členství ovlivňuje jejich každodenní životy, jak souvisí s jejich individuální identitou a kolektivní identitou spolku jako skupiny. Dále se výzkum zabývá jejich motivací pro vstup, aktivismem a hédonismem. Za tímto účelem byl uskutečněn výzkum formou pozorování a hloubkových rozhovorů. Získaný materiál byl následně analyzován metodou zakotvené teorie. Z výzkumu vyšlo, že členství ovlivňuje jejich každodenní život a je součástí jejich identity.This diploma thesis discusses membership in student associations. The main goal of the thesis is to expose what meaning does the membership has for the examined members of given associations. The next goal is to examine how the membership affects their everyday lives and how it relates to their personal identity and to the collective identity of the association as a group. The research also deals with their motivation to enter a student association, with activism and hedonism. For this purpose, there was made a research in a form of observation and understanding interviews. The analysis of the collected data was based on the method of grounded theory. The results lead to a conclusion, that membership affects the members' everyday life and it is a part of their identity.
