Tato magisterská práce se zabývá řešením situací, kterým osoby s tělesným postižením neustále čelí na denní bázi. Jedná se o aspekty a specifika manipulačních technik, polohování a správného ergonomického nastavení při mechanických úkonech u činností obslužných, hygienických či transportních. V této práci jsou shrnuty poznatky o druzích tělesného postižení a jejich specifických hlediscích, ke kterým je nabídnuta možnost volby nejvhodnějšího přístupu a řešení péče. Jsou zde popsány konkrétní přístupy k jednotlivým typům tělesného postižení a vysvětleny postupy s varováním před riziky. Dle výsledků praktické části lze tvrdit, že odezva osob s tělesným postižením a osob přímo se účastnicích péče o tyto osoby je pozitivní, a to jak na edukační význam a osvětu, tak na konkrétní praktické prvky. Teoretická část je zaměřena na seznámení se s problematikou, její stručnou historií, představení teoretických poznatků tohoto tématu a možnostmi její kompenzace. Věnuje se teorii o vybraných, nejčastěji se vyskytujících nebo nejzávažnějších tělesných postiženích, které vyžadují důslednou péči a přístup. V praktické části jsou nastíněny ukázkové manipulační prostředky, které dle mého pohledu splňují ergonomické, bezpečnostní a účelné atributy činností s osobami s tělesným postižením. Anketního šetření se zúčastnilo dvě sta osob, ať už přímo postižených nebo s těmito osobami denně spolupracujících. Dle subjektivního hodnocení dotazovaných měly manipulační techniky a zásady pozitivní dopad a účinek na jejich kvalitu života, zdraví a bezpečnost.This master's thesis deals with the solutions of situations of disabled people constantly facing with. Contains the aspects of manipulation techniques, positioning and correct ergonomic settings for mechanical tasks in service, hygienic or transport operations. The paper summarizes the knowledge about the types of physical disabilities and their specific aspects and offered the choice of the most appropriate approach and care solutions. It describes the specific approaches to the different types of disabilities, explained the procedures with all the benefits and risks. According to the results of the practical part, can be confirmed, that the response of persons with physical disabilities and their caregivers is positive, both for educational significance, as well as for specific practical use. The theoretical part is focused on getting to know the problem, its brief history, introduction of the theoretical knowledge of this topic and the compensation possibilities. It deals with the theory of selected, most common or most serious physical disabilities that require consistent care and attitude. In the practical part there are outlined techniques and manipulation means, which in my view meet the ergonomic, safety and purposeful attributes of activities with persons with physical disabilities. The survey section was attended by two hundred people, either directly handicapped or those co-operating with daily. Based on the subjective assessment of the participants, the manipulation methods and principles have had the positive effect and impact on their standard of living, health and safety.
