Tato diplomová práce pojednává o fenoménu, kterým je program Erasmus+, jeho participantech a vlivu, který mají na cestovní ruch. Cílem práce je zjistit jak účastníci tohoto studijního programu, kteří v Olomouci studovali v akademickém roce 2016/2017, ovlivnili rozvoj cestovního ruchu, a to v rámci města Olomouce, ale i celé České republiky a zahraničních států. V rámci teoretické části se zabýváme historií i charakteristikou tohoto programu, cestovním ruchem, jeho účastníky a jejich motivy k cestování, cestováním mladých a charakteristikou prostředí České republiky. V části výzkumné jsme zvolili formu dotazování pomocí online dotazníkového šetření, díky kterému jsme byli schopni sesbírat potřebná data pro naši práci a dokázat tak, že vliv studentů programu Erasmus+ na cestovní ruch je nepopiratelný. Osloveno bylo celkem 304 studentů, jež na UP v Olomouci v rámci programu Erasmus+ studovali a do výzkumu se jich zapojilo 106. Výsledky poukázaly na příznivé působení těchto studentů na rozvoj cestovního ruchu, a to jak ve využívání služeb cestovního ruchu, tak dalších multiplikačních efektů, které dále rozvádíme v předkládané práci.The thesis deals with the phenomena called Erasmus+ program, it´s participants and impact on tourism. The goal of this work is to find out how participants of this study program, who studied in Olomouc in academic year 2016/2017 influenced tourism in Olomouc city along with the entire Czech Republic and foreign countries. The theoretical part of this work focuses on general characterization of this program. Furthermore it focuses on the Czech demographic of the youth tourist and their motives for travelling. Research features results of an online survey designed to evaluate the impact and influence of Erasmus+ students. The author tried to reach all students who were studying at the UP in Olomouc under the Erasmus+ program in academic year 2016/2017. In total of 304 students, 106 of them were surveyed. The results of this survey highlighted the effects these students had on the development of tourism both directly and indirectly, these effects are presented and discussed further.
