Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou postoje francouzské Front National k evropské integraci tzv. základních státních pravomocí, tedy vojenské bezpečnosti, veřejných financí a veřejné správy. Snaží se přitom ověřit hypotézu, že se Front National vůči evropské integraci základních státních pravomocí vymezuje negativně, a to na základě teoretické spojitosti mezi základními státními pravomocemi a národní identitou a suverenitou, jež se FN snaží ochraňovat. Tato spojitost vychází z teorie euroskepticismu a jeho vazby na základní státní pravomoci skrze národní identitu a suverenitu. Analýza zahrnula celkem tři hlediska, která zkoumala, jaký postoj vůči evropské integraci základních státních pravomocí FN zaujímá ve své oficiální pozici, do jaké míry tato témata politizuje, a zda je s těmito východisky v souladu také jednání zástupců FN. Analyzovanými materiály pak byla programová prohlášení a tiskové zprávy strany, a způsob, jímž zástupci FN hlasovali v EP. Na základě provedené analýzy lze říci, že FN opravdu vůči evropské integraci základních státních pravomocí zaujímá negativní stanovisko. Spojování problematiky s ohrožením národní identity však nebylo potvrzeno, zatímco s ohrožením národní suverenity ano. Právě z toho důvodu, že výzkum neprokázal vztah mezi základními státními pravomocemi, euroskeptickými postoji a identitou, nebylo možné potvrdit ani hypotézu. Závěrečná podkapitola nabízí syntézu poznatků shrnující výsledky analýzy.This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the French Front National's stance towards the European integration of so called core state powers: military security, public finance and public administration. It attempts to test a hypothesis which assumes that the Front National has a negative stance towards the European integration of core state powers. This assumption is based on the theoretical connection among the core state powers and the national identity and national sovereignty, which FN endeavours to protect. The connection derives from the theory of Euroscepticism which is related to the core state powers through the national identity and sovereignty. The analysis tested FN's attitude towards the European integration of core state powers from three viewpoints: the official position of FN, the level to which these topics were politicised and whether the actions of FN's representatives were in line with the former two. The analysed materials were the program statements and press releases of the party, as well as the voting performed by the representatives of FN in the EP. On the outcomes of the analysis, we can conclude that FN's stance towards the European integration of the core state powers is negative. The connection of the analysed issues and the threat to the national identity was not confirmed, however, the connection of the analysed issues and national sovereignty was. Due to the unconfirmed relation among the core state powers, the Eurosceptic attitude and identity, the tested hypothesis was not verified. The final subchapter of this thesis offers an overview of findings and detailed results of the analysis.
