Téma bakalářské práce se zabývá transformací dotazníku pro žáky se sluchovým postižením. V teoretické části práce je vysvětlena základní surdopedická terminologie týkající se problematiky osob se sluchovým postižením a jejich edukace. Dále jsem uvedla základní dělení sluchových vad a technických kompenzačních pomůcek, které osoby se sluchovým postižením používají. Ve své práci se zmiňuji o způsobech komunikace žáků a osob se sluchovým a postižením. Snažila jsem se objasnit význam pojmu "kultura Neslyšících". V této práci jsem se zaměřila na životní styl žáků související s využitím jejich volného času a volnočasových aktivit. Hlavním cílem této práce byla transformace dotazníku na takovou úroveň, aby jeho obsah žáci se sluchovým postižením pochopili a rozuměli mu. Výsledky práce ukázaly, že bylo zapotřebí obsah dotazníku i samotné předkládané otázky vícekrát upravovat právě z důvodu obtížného porozumění žáků se sluchovým postižením. Touto prací chci ukázat slyšícím studentům, pedagogům a dalším, kteří by v budoucnu měli v plánu vytvořit jakýkoliv dotazník zaměřený na osoby se sluchovým postižením, jak má taková transformace dotazníku vypadat.The bachelor thesis looks into the transformation of the questionnaire for students with hearing impairment. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic terminology of deaf education on the topic of persons with hearing disabilities and their education. Further, I introduced the basic classification of hearing defects and the technical compensative devices that are used by persons with hearing disabilities. In my thesis I mention the methods of communication of children, students and persons with hearing impairment. I tried to explain the sense of the concept of the "Deaf culture". In this work I focused on the lifestyle of students, in particular on their use of free time and their leisure activities. The main objective of this thesis was the transformation of the questionnaire the way that the person with hearing disability can fully understand it. The outcome of the thesis showed that it was necessary to adjust the contents of the questionnaire and the presented questions in order that it can be understood by the students with hearing impairments. This work shall be used as an example of the transformation of questionnaire by hearing students, professors and other parties intending to create a questionnaire for persons with hearing disabilities.
