Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi léčby nádorového onemocnění prsu, jak chemoterapii, radioterapii, hormonální terapii tak i chirurgickou léčbou. Předkládá publikované poznatky o výskytu nejčastějších komplikací po mastektomii a jejích případnou léčbu. Dále předkládá nejnovější publikované poznatky o poskytování ošetřovatelské péče u žen po mastektomii. Práce také popisuje pohled žen na ablaci a případnou rekonstrukci prsu. A v neposlední řade se zabývá vlivem alternativní terapie na kvalitu života žen po ablaci prsu. Poznatky jsou dohledány z databází (EBSCO Discovery Service, PubMed, DynaMed, Bibliographia medica Čechoslovaca).Overview bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of treatment of breast cancer by chemotherapy, radiotherapy, hormonal therapy and also by surgical treatment. Presents published findings on the occurence of the most common complications after mastectomy and its potential treatment. It also presents the latest published findings on the provision of nursing care for women after mastectomy. The work also describes the view of women on ablation and eventual breast reconstruction. Last but not least examines the influence of alternative therapies on quality of life for women after breast ablation. The findings are traced from databases (EBSCO Discovery Service, PubMed, DynaMed, Bibliographia medica Čechoslovaca).
