Femoroacetabulární impingement syndrom (FAI) je jednou z možných příčin vzniku koxartrózy u mladých a sportovně aktivních jedinců. Cílem této práce je představit samotný FAI, jeho typy, projevy, diagnostiku a hlavně porovnání účinnosti operativní a konzervativní terapie. Při psaní této bakalářské práce bylo použito celkem 27 článků, které byly vyhledány v databázích PubMed, Google Scholar a E-zdroje Univerzity Palackého na základě anglických ekvivalentů klíčových slov: femoroacetabulární impingement, impingement kyčle, konzervativní terapie, rehabilitace. Z článků vyplynulo, že jak chirurgická, tak rehabilitační léčba tohoto syndromu má svá pro a proti a indikace dané léčby závisí na mnoha faktorech od věku, přes úroveň defektů viditelných na RTG snímcích po subjektivní vnímání pacienta.Femoroacetabular impingement syndrome is one of possible causes of coxarthrosis in young and active individuals. The aim of this work is to introduce the FAI itself, its types, clinical signs, diagnostics and mainly the comparison of the efficacy of surgical and conservative treatment. When writing this thesis, 27 articles were used, which were searched for in databases PubMed, Google Scholar and Palacký University E-sources using these key words: femoroacetabular impingement, hip impingement, conservative treatment, physical therapy. The articles revealed that both surgical and conservative treatment has its pros and cons and indication of the specific treatment depends on many factors from the age, over the level of defects visible on X-rays to the patient´s subjective perception.
