Tato přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zvládání bolesti v průběhu porodu. Cílem práce bylo sumarizovat aktuální publikované informace týkající se problematiky zvládání bolesti v průběhu porodu. Pro lepší pochopení problematiky je zde zmíněna fyziologie, historie a příčina porodních bolestí. Práce pojednává o preferovaných farmakologických metodách, tedy popisuje epidurální analgezii, inhalační analgezii - Entonox, opiáty a opioidy. Práce se především zaměřuje na nefarmakologické metody, jako je psychoprofylaktická příprava, hypnoterapie, přítomnost další osoby při porodu, poloha rodičky, akupunktura, akupresura, masáže, aromaterapie, audioanalgezie, hydroterapie, transkutánní elektrická nervová stimulace a injekce sterilní vody. Dále jsou zde předloženy výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých metod. Informace byly čerpány z databází: EBSCO, Google Scholar, Medvik, PubMed a odborných českých periodik.This general bachelor´s thesis deals with managing the pain during childbirth. The aim is to summarize currently published informations about managing pain during childbirth. The physiology, history and cause of pain during labour is mentioned in this thesis for a better understanding of it. The thesis describes preferred pharmacological methods, either epidural analgesia or inhalation analgesia - Entonox, opiates and opioids. The work is mainly focused on non-pharmacological approaches such as psychoprophylactic preparation, hypnotherapy, continuous labour support from other people, maternal position, acupuncture, acupressure, massage, aromatherapy, audioanalgesia, hydrotherapy, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and intradermal water blocks. The advantages and disadvantages of these particular methods are presented in this thesis. Sources of information were searched in EBSCO, Google Scholar, Medvik, PubMed and Czech professional periodicals.
