Bakalárska práca zahŕňa prehľad poznatkov týkajúcich sa tenznej bolesti hlavy a zaoberá sa rozličnými postupmi, pomocou ktorých je možné túto problematiku riešiť. Prvá časť práce je zameraná na definíciu, charakteristiku a klinický obraz ochorenia. Oboznamuje nás s patofyziológiou, hlavnými faktormi vzniku a farmakologickou liečbou. Druhá časť poukazuje na možnosti nefarmakologickej liečby, hlavne na využitie fyzioterapie pri tenznej bolesti hlavy a prevenciu komplikácii. V praktickej časti práce je zaradená kazuistika pacienta s tenznou bolesťou hlavy a návrh vhodnej terapie.The Bachelor thesis includes an overview of knowledge regarding tension-type headache and discusses various methods by which it is possible to solve this issue. The first part of thesis focuses on the definition, characteristics and clinical presentation of the disease. It acquaints us with pathophysiology, the main factors of a pharmacological treatment. The second part points to the possibility of non-pharmacological treatment, especially to the use of physiotherapy for tension-type headache and prevention of complications. The practical part of the thesis icludes a case study of a patient with tension-type headache and suggested appropriate therapy.
