Bakalářská práce popisuje základní vyšetřovací metody, které se používají při traumatech hlavy a páteře. Při traumatech se musí zobrazovací metoda volit rychle a správně. Jednotlivé kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na zobrazovací metody a jejich principy, postupy vyšetření a použití metod při traumatech. Cílem práce je sumarizace informací dohledaných na základě poznatků nalezených rešeršní činností a studiem publikované literatury. V práci jsou uvedeny výhody a nevýhody použití výpočetní tomografie a magnetické rezonance.The bachelor's thesis describes basic methods that are used for examination of traumatic head and spine injuries. When examining such sorts of injuries, a visualization method must be selected promptly and correctly. Individual chapters focus on visualization methods and their principles, examination procedures, and implementation of the methods in the treatment of traumatic injuries. The thesis aims to summarize information gained through a thorough literature search. The thesis lists pros and cons of computed tomography and magnetic resonance.
