Bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem metod identifikace vybraných návykových látek a jejich prekurzorů pro in situ detekci. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se věnuje obecnému úvodu a vlastnostem vybraných návykových látek včetně jejich farmakologického chování. Součástí práce je i popsán mechanismu návykových reakcí látek se studovanými činidly. Experimentální část práce je zaměřena zejména na stanovení limitu detekce, studium stability vzniklých produktů reakcí (např. komplexů apod.). Dále byla studována stabilita činidel.Bachelor thesis deals with the study of methods of selected addictive substances and their precursors for in situ detection. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis deals with the general introduction of properties of selected addictive substances including their pharmacological part. The mechanism of reaction with reagents is also included. The experimental part of the bachelor's thesis is especially focused on assessment of limit of detection, study of stability final products (complexes) and theirs UV-VIS spectra. The stability of reagents was also examined.
