Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jaké jsou názory a zkušenosti sociálních pracovníků s transformací pobytových sociálních služeb. Práce byla zaměřena na sociální pracovníky, kteří mají s transformací pobytových sociálních služeb profesní zkušenost. Práce je rozdělena na konceptuální a empirickou část. V konceptuální části se věnuji vysvětlení pojmu transformace pobytových sociálních služeb a pojmů, které se k tomuto tématu vztahují, dále se zaměřuji na transformaci pobytových sociálních služeb z hlediska jednotlivých aktérů. V empirické části popisuji metodu kvalitativního výzkumu, interpretuji získaná data a výsledky výzkumu srovnávám s dalšími dvěma výzkumy na podobné téma. V závěru práce shrnuji získané informace a navrhuji možnost využití získaných dat.The main goal of this thesis is to determine the opinions and experience of social workers in relation to the transformation of residential social services. The study is focused on social workers who have professional experience with the transformation of residential social services. The thesis is divided into a conceptual and an empirical part. The conceptual part deals with the term transformation of residential social services and other related terms followed by a focus on the transformation of residential social care from the perspective of individual participants. The empirical describes the qualitative research method, interprets the acquired data and compares the results with two other researches on a similar topic. The conclusion brings a summary of the acquired information and suggests a form of its utilization.
