Práce se zabývá analýzou nastolování agendy paritního zastoupení žen na současné české politické scéně. Řeší problém nedostatečného zastoupení žen ve vrcholných politických orgánech a popisuje proces, který vede k nastolování agendy, jež by zastoupení žen měla zvyšovat.This paper deals with the topic of establishing the equilibrium between men and women inside the political parties and offices in the Czech republic. This paper describes the phases of the process of agenda setting. The process creates the contidions for women to participate on the political decidions.
