El presente trabajo estudia la evolución estilística de los testamentos espaňoles entre los siglos XIII y XVIII. La parte teórica define el testamento y la evolución de los documentos notariales en Espaňa. Luego se describe el testamento como un tipo textual y se caracteriza el estilo jurídico antiguo. En base al corpus de 215 escritos testamentarios se realiza el análisis estilístico.This thesis studies the stylistic evolution of Spanish testaments between 13th and 18th centuries. The theoretical part defines the testament and the evolution of the notarial deeds in Spain. Then the testament is described as a text type and the old juridical style is characterized. On the base of coprus composed of 215 testaments, the stylistic analysis is performed.
