Bakalářská práce se zabývá transformací zařízení, kdy hlavním cílem transformace sociálních služeb je především změna poskytování služeb z ústavní péče do péče v přirozeném prostředí člověka. V teoretické části je transformace terminologicky vysvětlena. Dále je zaměřena pozornost především na cílovou skupinu lidí s mentálním postižením a ústavy sociální péče. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována poskytovateli sociálních služeb Nové Zámky, p.o. Cílem práce je zjistit názory a očekávání pracovníků v přímé péči na probíhající transformaci zařízení.Bachelor thesis deals with the transformation device, when the main objective of the transformation of social services is primarily a change in the provision of services from institutional care to care in a natural human environment.
